Diamond Jubilee Street Party

On Thursday 31st May St Joseph’s had a whole school Diamond Jubilee Street Party provided by the school cooks.

All children stood in honour of the Queen during the National Anthem, then had a street party feast whilst the tanoy played ‘Jerusalem’, ‘Land of Hope and Glory’, ‘Rule Britannia’ and ‘Trumpet Voluntary’.

All children wore red, white and blue, in their home made crowns.

A great occasion and memories that will last for another 60 years!
